Contact Center Compliance is now Sonera.
Two companies, one platform, 70+ billion scrubs of experience — now under one name.
For 20+ years we kept America's most heavily regulated callers out of trouble as Contact Center Compliance. Now we've joined forces with a second company and combined under one name — more people, more products, one platform. Sonera is the company; DNCScrub by Sonera is the product you know.
What this means for you
- Why the new name?
- After 20+ years as Contact Center Compliance, our platform has grown well beyond the contact center — reassigned number intelligence, caller ID reputation, branded calling, and compliance research. And now two companies have combined under one name. Sonera fits everything the combined company does today, and everything we're building next.
- What changes for me as a customer?
- Day to day, very little — and you gain a bigger team behind the platform. Your logins, API keys, integrations, and data are untouched. DNCScrub keeps its name — it's now “DNCScrub by Sonera.” The one action item: you'll receive an updated agreement under the Sonera name (see below).
- Do my contracts or agreements change?
- Yes. As part of the merger, all customers will receive updated agreements under the Sonera name. Your account team will reach out with the new paperwork — pricing and terms of your existing services carry forward. If your procurement team needs updated vendor documentation (W-9, COI, banking letter), email sales@dnc.com and we'll send the packet.
- Will invoices look different?
- Invoices now say Sonera (formerly Contact Center Compliance). Remit-to details are unchanged. If your AP system flags the new name, this page is your reference — or have your AP team contact us to verify.
- Do the product names change?
- No. DNCScrub®, TrustCall®, and Compliance Guide™ keep their names and trademarks. The company behind them is now Sonera.
- What happens to dnc.com?
- dnc.com stays — it's the home of DNCScrub by Sonera, where you can sign up, see pricing, and manage compliance. Sonera's corporate site is sonera.co. All existing dnc.com links, bookmarks, and API endpoints continue to work.
- Who do I contact now?
- The same channels work: sales@dnc.com · 866.362.5478 for sales, support@dnc.com for support. If your account contact changes as the teams combine, your account manager will introduce you personally.
